Job summary

Trinity Health in Des Moines, IA is seeking a full-time evening shift housekeeping teammate to maintain sanitary, attractive and orderly hospital premises. The role focuses on cleaning, linen handling, waste removal and general station upkeep to support patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Maintains clean and aseptic conditions in assigned area by vacuuming, scouring, dust mopping, high dusting, making beds and removing trash/linen.
Using vacuum and materials effectively in daily work and following cleaning procedures.
Maintains a clean and neat station, cart, closet and equipment; reports needed equipment repairs to the Supervisor.
Logs activities throughout the shift as required paperwork at the end of shift; collects soiled linen or distributes clean linen as needed.
Follows Trinity Health policies and procedures and adheres to applicable regulations.
