Crothall Healthcare Environmental Services is offering a Summer 2027 Intern position with a pay range of $27.00–$29.00 per hour. As an intern, you will work closely with leaders in Environmental Services at your account, learning about hospital operations and frontline team management.

The role includes hands-on experience in patient experience efforts, safety, scheduling, and training. This paid internship aims to build a foundation for a career in business operations within healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral presentations from hourly staff to Director level.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational standards.
• Maintain safety in the work environment at all times.
• Respond to concerns with urgency and take corrective action when needed.
• Ensure facility security is maintained.
• Identify and correct facility quality concerns with timely follow-up.
• Bring creativity and innovation to the Crothall Healthcare program.
• Ensure staff receive proper orientation and ongoing training.
• Provide guidance and motivation to associates to reach potential.
• Handle special requests or projects as assigned.
