Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a college junior or senior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Windows-based Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Interest in pursuing a career with Crothall Healthcare and Accelerated Manager Program after graduation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational standards.
• Participate in department safety and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Respond to concerns and requests with a sense of urgency and take corrective action.
• Assure that the integrity of security at the facility is maintained at all times.
• Proactively identify and correct facility quality assurance concerns; timely follow‑up required.
• Bring creativity and innovation to the Crothall Healthcare program.
• Ensure staff receive proper orientation, initial, and ongoing training.
• Provide guidance and motivation to associates to enable peak performance.
• Handle special requests or projects as assigned.
