Job summary

Responsibilities

• Upholds Kaiser Permanente policies and procedures and applicable laws
• Operates cleaning equipment to maintain floors and surfaces
• Dusts, sweeps, scrubs, mops, and vacuums in offices, lobbies, restrooms, patient areas, and other rooms
• Inspects areas for cleanliness and security, reports deficiencies
• Replenishes dispensers and disposables; disposes of waste following procedures
• Transports and handles soiled linen and cleans receptacles as needed
• Moves equipment and hangs curtains; cleans and maintains furniture and equipment
• Participates in staff development and maintains courteous relations with staff and patients
• Performs other related duties as required
