Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas with cleaning solutions and disinfectants to prevent spread of disease.
• Sanitize and polish sinks, mirrors, tubs and replace dispensable items as needed.
• Strip, wash and make beds; collect soiled linen and transport to storage.
• Empty waste baskets and trash; move furniture and equipment as required.
• Clean carpets, vents, fixtures and corners; report any maintenance needs.
• Follow infection control protocols and universal precautions; identify safety issues and report them.
• At end of shift, return unused supplies, leave areas tidy and clean carts.
