Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of custodial experience in outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of patient, staff and public areas following the 7-step cleaning procedure.
• Clean corridors and public areas using the 4-step cleaning procedure and assist with room setups.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, buffers, burnishes, scrubbers) and manage waste properly.
• Move linen carts, transport trash and debris, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Wear protective gear and follow KFHPW safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Conduct routine surveillance of interior spaces and report safety or security concerns.
