Job summary

HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital is seeking a PRN Hospital Housekeeper to clean clinical and non-clinical areas in accordance with hospital policy. This role supports patient and staff safety and contributes to a sanitary environment.

We value candidates with 1+ year healthcare or housekeeping experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. PRN shifts offer flexibility within a dedicated environmental services team in Summerville, SC.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• 1+ years of housekeeping or service-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility in accordance with departmental and hospital policy.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linen.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
