Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeeper for the 1st Shift at Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood, AZ. The role supports hospital cleanliness and patient care by performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks on client premises.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, stocking supplies, and adhering to safety and health standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, with post-offer screenings and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
• Medical cleaning a plus
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
