Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Hospital Housekeepers for 1st shift at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. These positions are on-site and involve cleaning and maintaining patient areas on client premises.

The hourly rate is $16.87. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and common areas; stocking supplies; transporting waste; and adhering to safety and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
• Experience in janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment between departments.
