The Telephone Operator handles emergency calls and codes, responds to incoming calls promptly, and directs callers to the appropriate line with smooth, clear, and courteous professional communication.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of PBX or customer service experience.
• Reading and numerical competency.
• Must be able to fluently speak and understand English, and work calmly in emergencies.
