University Health Truman Medical Center is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for the Patient Transportation UHTMC team. The role supports dispatching, coordinating transportation and environmental services to patients, visitors and staff, and manages workflows and communications.

The position requires strong office skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments. Work hours are 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in fast-paced office support.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate Patient Transportation and Environmental Services needs for patients, visitors and staff.
• Utilize manual and electronic systems to manage workflow and assign work orders.
• Run performance reports, process billing and maintain department communications.
