• Part time schedule with Tuesday and Thursday shifts, rotating weekends; details upon interview.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse dirty dishes and wash by hand or in racks or conveyor as assigned; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans and trays according to procedures; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using specified equipment; ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation rules.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose in designated containers; clean garbage cans as needed.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; assist loading/unloading.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
