Qualifications

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver and maintains cleanliness according to procedures.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and complies with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and cleans work surfaces.
• Removes trash and handles supplies and equipment as needed.
