Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring immediately for full-time dishwasher positions at Bradley Medical Center Hospital in Cleveland, TN. Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in a clean, sanitary condition while following safety procedures.

Some weekend shifts may be required; previous dishwasher experience is preferred. We offer on-the-job training and a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Washes pots, pans and trays; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment; maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; washes work surfaces and prep areas.
• Removes trash and transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
