Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 6 months restaurant/institutional experience preferred.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cafeteria operations and catering services.
• Cross-train new employees and co-workers.
• Clean and sanitize assigned work areas and equipment per cleaning schedules.
• Remove soiled trays and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
• Operate dishmachine, and monitor temperatures.
• Handle cleaning chemicals per MSDS; follow safety guidelines.
