Job summary

TouchPoint is hiring immediately for full-time DISHWASHER positions at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN. Hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with rotating weekends and holidays; online applications are accepted only.

Previous high-volume kitchen experience is required, with a pay range of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. We support a team-driven environment where associates help ensure cleanliness and sanitation, support patient meal services, and contribute to safe, efficient kitchen

Qualifications

• Previous high volume kitchen experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate machines and methods; maintains sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; cleans worktables, walls and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash to designated containers; assists with loading/unloading supplies.
