Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Bristol, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Full-Time Dishwasher at Ballad Health Bristol Regional Hospital. You will maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, and cookware in orderly, sanitary condition to support patient meals and hospital operations.

The shift runs 11:30 am to 8:00 pm with days that may vary, including rotating weekends and holidays. Prior food service experience is a plus, and the role offers growth opportunities within a caring, detail‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and trays according to procedures.
• Washes pots, pans and trays based on procedures.
• Polishes silver using specified equipment and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keeps dish area clean and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation requirements.
• Washes worktables and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and cleans garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
