Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Dishwasher at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital. The role supports kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across food production and service areas.

You will wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, restock supplies, and assist with setup and breakdown as needed. Varying shifts with open availability preferred; flexible full-time or part-time employment and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic concepts of food safety.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash to designated areas and restocks supplies.
• Cleans equipment using chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Significant walking or mobility; attends shifts on time.
