Job summary

Lincare Holdings in Mukilteo, WA seeks a Liaison to coordinate oxygen therapy equipment deliveries for patient discharges. You will interact daily with hospital case managers to educate on insurance criteria, documentation, and available programs.

You will stock vehicles, contact case managers, facilitate home setup, and ensure paperwork for billings is completed accurately. Strong communication and basic Medicare knowledge are required to interpret criteria and assist centers in discharge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock vehicle daily with necessary equipment and literature.
• Make rounds to contact all case managers at facilities.
• Coordinate with centers on O2 discharges and home setup.
• Understand and communicate coverage criteria to managers and patients.
• Complete setup paperwork daily for all equipment delivered.
• Assist with obtaining CMNs and chart notes for billing.
