Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Dining Systems Supervisor for MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital in Charleston, SC. This full-time role requires 1 year of related experience and offers a pay range of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Schedules involve open availability with rotating weekends and location is on site. Responsibilities include coordinating patient meal service, training staff, ensuring dietary orders and allergies are respected, and maintaining service

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient meal service including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pickup, and special requests.
• Ensure employees are trained and units are properly staffed to provide service.
• Supervise Nutrition Operators, Workstation and Wait Staff Associates and oversee Dining on Call staff training.
• Collaborate with Nursing to ensure patient diets meet prescribed orders and dietary restrictions.
• Oversee daily and weekly activities of Dining on Call staff; develop and post schedules.
