Responsibilities

Summary: Responsible for coordinating patient meal service; e.g., menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs for Dining on CallProgram.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Oversees systems and processes to ensure that the Dining on Call service goals are met.
Oversees training of Dining on Call staff and participates in employee orientation.
Works with Nutrition Operators to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
Monitors tray completion, delivery and retrieval on a daily basis.
Resolves patient concerns promptly and reports issues as needed.
Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions and HACCP guidelines.
Coordinates daily and weekly activities for Dining on Call staff.
