Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate diet order information to ensure patients receive appropriate meals and nourishments.
• Assists patients with menu selection and writes/corrects regular or modified diets.
• Delivers trays to patients and assists with setup, service, and sanitation of food service areas.
• Operates kitchen utensils, weighs, measures, cooks, and stores food following safety guidelines.
• Maintains sanitation and temperature logs and supports stocking and inventory duties.
