Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient diets and safe food handling requirements.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks including data entry and records management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows Infection Prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions meals for regular and therapeutic diets according to menu.
• Cleans and sanitizes food prep equipment and work area.
• Keeps dietary supplies stocked and ready for service.
• Operates dish machine and maintains sanitation standards.
• Maintains patient diet information records.
