Emerus is seeking a Diet Aide for a patient-facing role at a 20-bed small-format hospital. You will perform food service tasks, prepare and serve heat-and-serve meals, and ensure dietary restrictions are followed in patient menus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler Safety Training Certificate required.
• Minimum of 2 years hospital food service experience required.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) required.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and equipment per sanitation policies.
• Set up trays and deliver to patient areas.
• Operate dishwasher and manage soiled items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across work areas.
• Assist with snacks, beverages, and nutrition supplements as needed.
