Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure requirements are completed according to policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as contact for time-off requests and employee concerns.
• Mentor staff and support career advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
