Qualifications

• Previous food service and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks align with policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the main contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage career development within the department.
