Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for patients, staff and cafeteria service.
• Assist with catering and special events as directed by the Food Service Director.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Perform additional dietary duties as assigned.
• Serve as lead cook when the Food Service Director is not present.
