Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring for a Food Production role in Burlington, WI. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week with primarily morning shifts and occasional evenings, including every other weekend and holiday rotation.

You will work in the Food and Nutrition department on daily production tasks and adhere to safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a High School diploma, about 3 years of production food experience, and knowledge of diet restrictions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in food production.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification within 1 year is required.

Responsibilities

• Review production sheets and recipes to ensure quality and quantity.
• Prepare food according to recipes using kitchen equipment.
• Maintain accurate time and production records.
