Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is hiring a Food Service Worker to prepare appealing meals for patients, cafeteria, and catered events while strictly following patient diet requirements. You will ensure recipes are followed and nutritional needs are met.

Responsibilities include maintaining HACCP standards, keeping a clean, safe work area, and reporting to the Dietary Services Manager. Minimum education is a high school diploma; one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Vocational/Technical School Degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appealing and appetizing foods for patients, cafeteria and catered events.
• Follow special diet recipes to ensure patients receive proper nutritional requirements.

• Keep a safe and clean work area with routine cleaning tasks.
