Job summary

DCI Donor Services, Inc. in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Hospital Development Manager to oversee hospital development activities, performance assessments, and improvement initiatives.

You will coordinate with Clinical Managers and Organ Recovery Coordinators to ensure timely reporting and data accuracy. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years OPO experience, plus knowledge of hospital operations, MS Office, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or business-related field required.
• 2-4 years of OPO experience and quality system management.
• Understanding of the healthcare system and hospital operations.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Driver’s license with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general activity of Hospital Development staff and provide guidance.
• Develop and implement plans for hospitals to facilitate growth in organ and tissue donation.
• Collaborate with hospital QAPI departments to ensure performance.
• Prepare and analyze surveys, interview key individuals, track donor patterns.
• Ensure CMS and AOPO regulatory compliance.
