State of California – Patton Forensic Psychiatric Hospital is seeking a Custodian Supervisor I to oversee daily cleaning, staff assignments, and compliance with safety policies. The role requires strong supervisory skills and experience in an institutional environment.

• Supervisory experience in an institutional or hospital setting.

Mansioni

• Oversee direct supervision of Custodians on PM Shift and may supervise patients on IT assignments.
• Ensure daily housekeeping tasks are completed in assigned areas and in compliance with policies.
• Conduct weekly inspections focusing on environmental cleaning and safety.
• Resolve discrepancies and report findings and recommendations to the Custodian Supervisor II.
• Maintain monthly inventory of housekeeping supplies and manage stock levels.
• Perform related housekeeping duties as required.
