Position Highlights

• 100% FTE (40 hours per week), Evening shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm - Rotating every other weekend.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and care of facilities in inpatient and non-patient areas and administrative offices as assigned
• Cleaning and disinfecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment according to procedure
• Removing and handling soiled linen; disinfecting and remaking beds; dusting and wet mopping floors
• Handling bloodborne pathogens and chemical spills according to procedure
• Floor maintenance including stripping, buffing, and applying finish
• Cleaning surgical and invasive procedure rooms, including flood mopping and disinfecting
• Vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets; operating carpet shampooers
• Cleaning areas outside the facility using hand or small power tools
• Following safety policies and emergency procedures
