Responsibilities

• Receives ingredients and supplies for daily operations.
• Reviews production schedule and assembles supplies for cooking.
• Prepares and displays a wide variety of foods per recipes and methods.
• Completes production sheets and records.
• Maintains clean work areas, utensils and equipment.
• Cater special events as required.
• Address equipment and supply issues and ensure quality of food.
• Prepare special diets as prescribed.
• Record inventory and order stock.
