Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.

• Follow basic food assembly & packaging instructions; read and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Employees providing direct patient care must demonstrate competencies specific to the population served.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and serve foods and supplies to customers, patients, and facilities.
• Deliver meals and supplies to patients.
• Perform light and heavy cleaning as assigned (dishwashing, trash, facilities).
• Operate cash register and patient meal ordering system(s).
• Stock ingredients, label products, and rotate stock.
• Prepare and portion food items according to recipes and production sheets.
