Qualifications

• Serve Safe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for patients, cafeteria, and catering per standards.
• Assist with daily, weekly, monthly cleaning duties.
• Cross-train to cover other Dietary dept roles as needed.
• Work with dietary staff to plan daily menus considering allergies and preferences.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and inventories.
