Job summary

Qualifications

• Current ServSafe Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food production for patients, cafeteria, and catering events.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as assigned.
• Cross-train to other dietary roles to cover staffing shortages.
• Assist with daily menu planning and obtain patient-specific dietary information.
• Deliver patient trays as needed and support meal delivery.
• Contribute to quality improvement, inventories, and compliance with regulations.
