Oklahoma Heart Hospital, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare food for patients and guests, ensuring safety and quality in a high-volume kitchen. The role requires following standardized recipes, maintaining sanitary conditions, and adhering to health guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing items for patients, cafeteria, and dining rooms, managing equipment, and reporting any issues to management. A high school diploma and food safety training are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Formalized food safety and sanitation training preferred.
• Experience: One (1) year of related experience with high volume cooking line food preparation in a full service establishment.

Responsabilités

• Prepares food items as assigned for patients and guest, cafeteria, physicians' dining room, and catering.
• Maintains safe and sanitary conditions in the kitchen in order to meet established health and sanitation standards.
• Ensures all food is handled and stored properly. Operates all food service equipment according to manufacturers' directions.
• Reports equipment problems to Manager.
