Schedule includes 11:00 am to 7:30 pm and 7:15 am to 3:15 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. Experience in hospital or nursing home settings required; competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Hospital experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portioning and temperature control.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen areas and equipment; stores excess food per safety standards.
• Monitors inventory, assists with ordering and receiving supplies.
