Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook II at MIAMI COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER - 15142003. Full-time role with varying shifts and open availability preferred. Pay range is $18.03 per hour. You’ll prepare nutritious dishes with a focus on customer service and food safety.

Responsibilities include cooking, portioning, reading recipes, potential grill work, and supporting management during shifts. 3–4 years of related experience is preferred. We offer extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow basic recipes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods.
• Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
• May support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
