Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Cook at Stafford Hospital, Stafford, VA. We offer full-time and part-time schedules from 5:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends. Previous cooking experience is required.

You will prepare meals to standardized recipes, ensure correct portioning, temperatures, and presentation, and follow HACCP and safety guidelines.

This role supports patients and staff, contributes to a caring community, and offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Previous cooking experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains hygiene by cleaning kitchen and equipment, storing food properly, and following safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies, and supports production planning and record keeping.
• Follows HACCP standards and maintains safe, clean work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
