• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring meals are at the correct temperature and appealing.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat; stores items per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies; reports maintenance needs to supervisor.
