Responsibilities

• Review menus and special orders to determine food quantities.
• Follow standardized recipes and plan cooking schedule with supervisor to meet timing.
• Discuss modified diets and use of leftovers with supervisor/chef.
• Maintain sanitation and safe handling of food and work area; work quickly under pressure.
