Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; Masters or CPA preferred.
• Three to five years in hospital fiscal services. Three years at supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Oversees twenty four hour operations and maintains financial controls to ensure reliable financial reporting and integrity of services.
• Formulates general accounting practices in adherence with policy and internal audit guidelines; interprets data and prepares analyses for management.
• Manages and reports department performance and ensures timely responses to service requests.
• Leads collaboration with physicians, external parties, and healthcare teams to meet financial goals.
• Provides leadership of the Accounting function and ensures competent workforce to deliver services.
