Job summary

You will partner with executive leadership and clinical leaders to align financial strategy with operational goals and drive improvements in reimbursement, cash flow, and cost management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 5–8 years hospital accounting experience.
• CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of third-party payor reimbursements and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on financial performance and reimbursement trends.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and internal controls.
