As a key leader within the Finance department, the Hospital Controller will oversee core accounting and financial operations, including general ledger integrity, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, reimbursement support, cash management, and regulatory compliance. The Controller will translate complex financial data into practical business intelligence, promote sound fiscal stewardship, improve financial processes, and help leadership align resources with clinical priorities and long-term growth.

The Hospital Controller will report to senior executive leadership and serve as a trusted financial advisor to hospital administrators, department directors, and governance stakeholders. Supported by an experienced finance team, the Controller will guide daily accounting functions, mentor staff, maintain accurate and timely reporting, and contribute to strategic planning and performance improvement. This role also collaborates with friendly nurses, physicians, clinical leaders, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals who share a commitment to exceptional patient care and responsible resource management.
