Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Three years' experience managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, mechanical and electrical, and HVAC building systems.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with architects, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from start to finish.
• Guide leaders through pre-construction meetings to understand the full scope of construction.
• Prepare construction-related documents such as estimates, risk assessments, punch lists.
• Phase projects to reduce disturbance to the public and patients.
• Assist clinic or hospital administrators, directors, or managers with questions.
