Sanford Health is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager for the Bemidji region. You will lead the operation and maintenance of large healthcare facilities, oversee mechanical systems, and manage budgets, safety, and staff performance to support reliable, safe patient care.

The role requires seven years in facilities with supervisory experience and a focus on HVAC/building systems; travel and driving may be involved to support multiple sites within the region.

Qualificações

• Associate’s Degree or Trade/Vo-Tech required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• HVAC, building automation, plumbing or related field focus.
• Seven years of relevant experience; three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages operation and maintenance of large facilities in healthcare environment.
• Supports maintenance, repair and improvement of physical systems and equipment; manages vendor relations and costs.
• Oversees safety, QA indicators, and staff performance; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Directs facilities departments including mechanical systems and HVAC operations; manages budgets and long-range planning.
• Interviews and hires staff; approves time off and completes performance appraisals.
