Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare in Georgia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead planning, development, and oversight of multiple hospital projects. You will ensure contracts, schedules, and budgets meet objectives while upholding quality standards.

Collaborating with executives and operations leaders to align priorities, allocate resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Hospital construction management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience as Superintendent, Resident Engineer, Program Manager, Project Manager and/or Construction Manager.
• Strong estimating capabilities and project-planning experience are required.
• Hospital construction management experience is preferred.
• CCM or LEED AP BD+C certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage design and construction phases of multiple projects.
• Ensure contracts, schedules, budgets, and quality control align with plans.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to identify priorities and allocate resources.
• Coordinate team efforts to deliver projects per plan.
