Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the design, construction, and comprehensive project management for multiple healthcare construction projects. You will coordinate internal and external project teams from scope development through post-occupancy and activation efforts.

The role emphasizes budget development, contractor negotiation, and compliance with life-safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience in construction/project management.
• Healthcare construction PM experience preferred (7+ years).
• Licensure or certifications: CHC, PMP, Registered Architect, PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and construction for multiple projects; define scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate design partners, consultants, and contractors to ensure budgeting and scope.
• Monitor day-to-day project management and coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and suppliers.
• Manage bids, contracts, and change orders; issue purchase orders and payments.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulatory bodies; manage close-out and occupancy.
