Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System seeks a day shift, full-time Float Clinical Pharmacist Operations Specialist in Tulsa, OK. The role oversees the operational specialty areas within the pharmacy and delivers patient-focused pharmaceutical care as needed.

Qualifications include ACPE-accredited PharmD or BS, hospital clinical experience, and an Oklahoma pharmacist license with possible PGY residencies or extensive experience. Precepting duties may apply.

Qualifications

• B.S. or Pharm D. from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
• Completion of accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or fellowship AND PGY-2 (or PGY-1 + 3+ years).
• Or 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience with no residency/fellowship.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with Oklahoma State Board.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of operational specialty practice areas within the pharmacy department.
• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients as a staff pharmacist as needed.
• Coordinate upgrade testing, education, and serve as SME for the area.
• Provide training for operational specialty practice areas.
• Serve as preceptor for pharmacy students or residents.
